We begin to breathe fully - a few deep breaths in and out and we feel more and more relaxation throughout our body. We stop for a moment. The sun's rays are giving us much needed natural vitamin D, our eyes are resting, admiring the beautiful greenery in bright shades, and the rings are beginning their wonderful and melodious songs. This atmosphere of everything waking up to life inspires us with new goals, plans, and sometimes a whole new chapter in life. It is worth harnessing the energy of spring right now and following its uniqueness...

Spring solstice? - Just wait!

Despite the wonderful weather outside the window, we often hear about the phenomenon of "spring solstice" connected with our biological clock which does not quite keep up with the changing seasons. For our body spring means significant changes in terms of acceleration of metabolism. That is why many people complain about lack of energy despite the fact that everything is waking up to life. Very often my dear Goddesses suffer from sleepiness, apathy or headache. Some people then have a worse mood and are irritable. After winter we can find in our bodies deficiency of potassium, magnesium, zinc or iron. It is worth supplementing vitamins with fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as with proper supplementation. In the spring time all kinds of fresh vegetables such as colorful salads, tasty salads, freshly squeezed juices will revitalize our appearance and energy.
